So after 400 posts one automatically becomes an administrator? Or is there a little more to it than that?

You automatically become Admin(Samurai/Shinobi Elite).

you can't at the moment i will try to figure it out ,but as you will continue to post your rank will change auto from ninja to samurai and samurai to ninja!.
